Privacy Policy

YUIMA NAKAZATO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as the “Company”), comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and ordinances and, in addition to strictly managing the personal information the Company collect from the customer, the Company endeavor to handle personal information in an appropriate manner in accordance with this Privacy Policy as described below, so the customer can use the Company’s website with a peace of mind.

Customers who purchase the Company’s product or receive all kinds of the Company’s services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”), are required to read this policy, and agree to the content in advance. Please be informed that the customers who do not agree to this policy, are not able to receive the Services.

1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information that the Company collect are described below.

a) The customer’s name, address, gender, nationality, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, email address
b) Necessary information for the Company to communicate with the customer via LINE, SNS, or any other communication tools
c) The customer’s purchase history
d) Communication log: The Company may record the communication log between the customer and the Company (in a format of text, message, photograph, images, videos, recording, applications, and other communication lo
e) And in case the customer provided such communication log voluntary to the Company, the Company may keep and record such information
f) The photograph, images, videos of the product which the customer purchased, including the final product, production process, material, etc.

2. THE USE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company uses the personal information for the purposes described below.

a) For providing the Services, as well as settlements of payments
b) For providing after services related to the Services provided
c) For researching of new product/service development
d) For providing information related to the Services
e) For managing the history of the provided Services to each customer
f) For executing operation related to the purchased Services, such as the production of the product, delivery, research for the production
g) For planning, producing, advertising, marketing, etc. of the Company
h) For corresponding to inquiries, and coordinating with the customer

3. THE PROTECTION OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company will endeavor to handle personal information in an appropriate manner. The Company will protect personal information by strict safeguards against accidental loss, accidental use, modification, and unauthorized access.

SSL security
To prevent a third party from reading or falsifying important customer information, the page related to the customer’s personal information is protected by SSL*.
* SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a cryptographic communication protocol. By encrypting personal information, it can protect the personal information from the hacker or cracker and send the information securely.

Cookie
Cookies are small text files that is stored on the user’s computer to keep the record. By using cookies, the user can record the specific preference of the site, so the site can recall such specific information for the user’s subsequent visit. By cookies, it is possible to identify the specific computer of a specific user, however, it is not possible to track personal information from the cookies. The customer may choose the use of cookies. Most of the computer are set to accept cookies, however, in case the user feels uncomfortable, the user can reject to use cookies at your browser. Please note that in case the user rejected to use cookies, the Company’s website, partially or entirely, may not work appropriately.

4. DISCLOSURE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTY

The Company will not disclose personal information to third party, with the exception of the cases described below.

a) Cases where the Company obtained prior consent from the customer
b) Cases where applicable and permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other related laws and ordinances
c) Cases where the Company outsourcing required operation, such as sewing, cutting, processing, and any other related operation, to produce the purchased Services to third party.

5. OUTSOURCING OF THE HANDLING OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company may outsource, partially or entirely, the handling of the personal information to third party (cases where to outsource the management of information including personal information to operators). In such case, the Company will contract an agreement in line with this policy as appropriate, such as NDA, etc., and supervise appropriately in order to secure the protection of the personal information within the outsourced party.

6. CHANGE OF PRIVACY POLICY

The Company may time to time change the Privacy Policy as appropriate, considering the operational requirements.

The revised Privacy Policy will be published on the Company’s website or be notified in any other reasonable way. It will be deemed that the customer agreed to the latest/revised version of this policy, in case the customer used the Services. However, in case such revision requires a prior consent from the customer, the Company shall obtain such consent as appropriate, in a method which the Company separately stipulates.

7. DISCLOSURE, CORRECTION AND CESSATION OF USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Based on the Act on Protection of Personal Information, when the customer requested for disclosure, correction, or cessation of use of the personal information, the Company will respond without delay within a reasonable period of time, immediately after confirming the customer’s identification in accordance with the legal or appropriate procedure. However, the Company may not be able to correspond to such request, in case the Company is required to be compliant with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and ordinances. In case of disclosure, the Company will charge the customer for certain fee (¥1,000 per a record).
