This agreement is made between Esquire China (hereafter the “Client”) and YUIMA NAKAZATO Co., Ltd.(hereafter the ”Company”) regarding clothing lease for Esquire China September Cover shooting(hereafter the “Events”). The agreement commences on [2026.07.22] and concludes on [2026.08.10].
The following are the specific terms of this agreement:
1. The Client will rent 3 articles of clothings from the Company’s Autumn/Winter 22/23 Couture collection look 1, which are; (1)Wool Hybrid Tailoring Coat colour ecru, (2) Artisanal ceramic necklace, (3) Wool pantaloon colour ecru, in order to dress up the Client’s client Dilraba Dilmurat for the Events (hereafter the “Purpose”).
2. In exchange, the Client will pay the Company JP¥350,000.00 through bank transfer in advance to the Client’s receipt of the Items (hereafter the “Fee”).
3. The Client will return the Items to the Company immediately after the the Event and the both round shipping costs will be covered by the Client.
In consideration of the mutual promises outlined herein, the Client agrees to pay the Fee in advance of leasing of the Items, use the garments only for the Purpose, and be responsible for the handling of the Items during the lease period, and share the visual deliverables of the Events with the Company with appropriate credits, and the Company agrees to share and confirm the conditions of the Items before delivery, dispatch the Items from its office on time.
