1. The Client will rent 6 article of clothings from the Company’s AW26-27 INFERNO collection look 5,
which are; (1) Artisanal Ceramic Necklace Blue (AC-02), (2) Reversible Graphic Print Drape Dress Coat
E - Variation 01 (Ocean Print), (3) Silk Satin Obi-Belt Black, (4)Silk Satin Lace-up Corset Black, (5)Silk
Satin Slim Pants Black, and (6) Leather and DFT Front-Gore Slip-On (Size EU44) (hereafter collectively
the “Items”), in order to dress the Client’s client Lars Huang for the Events (hereafter the “Purpose”).
2. In exchange, the Client will pay the Company JPY 800,000.00 as the rental fee (hereafter the “Fee”) of
the Items through bank transfer before the occurrence of the Event.
3. The Client will cover the round shipping cost of the Items and return the Items to the Company
immediately after the Event.
In consideration of the mutual promises outlined herein, the Client agrees to share and confirm the
conditions of the Items both after receiving and before returning the Items, use the Items only for the
Purpose, return the Items after the Event in the same condition the Items were sent, and share the visual
deliverables of the Events with the Company with appropriate credits, and the Company agrees to share
and confirm the conditions of the Items before delivery, dispatch the Items from the Company’s office on
time.
If the Client fails to return the Items after the Event in the same condition the Items were sent, the Client
shall compensate the Company for all losses and/or damages incurred.
